Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 45 pounds and perform store tasks (bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, ladder work).
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Highly accountable and demonstrates integrity.
• Flexible to work within normal store hours, including weekends.
• Desire to build a career with us.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with product recommendations and thoughtful conversations.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with inventory, stocking, rotating, and facing.
• Participate in merchandising and create appealing product displays.
• Attend store and company meetings, some before/after hours.
• Use computer systems and process transactions at the point of sale.
• Handle cash accurately and perform basic math.

• Are comfortable with computers, learning new systems, performing transactions for guests at the point of sale accurately and completely
• Have accurate cash handling skills, competent with basic math
