In this role, you will sell furniture, mattresses, and home décor through exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. No previous sales experience is required; we provide training!

COMPENSATION:

• Paid based on sales performance
• Commission-based hourly wages, ranging from $22,880 to over $150,000 annually

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist customers in a retail furniture environment by understanding their needs and advising accordingly.
• Support customers directly or by assisting team members.
• Enter transactions accurately into the point-of-sale system.
• Manage customer purchase paperwork and track orders.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
• Contribute to achieving sales goals and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Availability to work retail hours, including evenings and holidays.
• Strong organizational and communication skills in English.
