Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our growing Alabama team. You will deliver outstanding customer service, build product knowledge, and assist customers in selecting gear and services.

You should be reliable, friendly, and able to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings and weekends. In this role you may mentor colleagues, promote warranty programs and Good Sam Memberships, and help maintain the store appearance.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Superior customer service and communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $30,000 - $60,000 or more.
