We are seeking outgoing, energetic, positive leaders to represent our brand, create positive salon environments, develop and train sales teams and management, provide exceptional customer service, and cultivate long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales goals daily, weekly, and monthly
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail products
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Handle cash, open/close the business
• Complete daily administrative tasks and track goals

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (up to 7 hours)
• Ability to lift 25 pounds
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends

Compensation: $15-$20 per hour
