Summary

Use digital platforms and networking to curate content and achieve sales goals while supporting department tasks such as stocking, re-merchandising, and order fulfillment. Flexible scheduling and teamwork are required to maintain a customer-ready floor and occasionally support other departments.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and build relationships through personalized styling and selling.
• Achieve sales goals by styling, curating content, and using digital channels including text and social media.
• Open and promote Nordstrom Rewards accounts to grow customer base.
• Fill customer orders, stock merchandise, perform re-merchandising and price markdowns.
• Maintain department presentation and perform light cleaning to keep the floor customer ready.
• Work flexible schedules and occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed.

Requirements
