The ideal candidate will manage on-site activities, control costs, and ensure project timelines. Candidates must have a minimum of five years experience in commercial construction, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in management software. The role may require travel and involves leading a team of up to 30 people.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years experience as a superintendent in commercial construction.
• Proficient in reading architectural, MEP, and structural drawings.
• OSHA 10 and 30 Hour Certification Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand construction plans and specifications.
• Control jobsite costs and manage all subcontractors on site.
• Manage and coordinate all on-site activities from start-up to completion.
• Prepare and oversee the schedule of the project(s).
