Job summary

CROSSMARK is seeking an energetic, motivated individual in Johnson City, TN to join our team as a Retail Reset Merchandiser. You will support well-known grocery retailers with on-site merchandising tasks and online training materials.

Expect team collaboration and opportunities to grow within a company with over 100 years of retail experience. Role requires early morning availability (Mon-Thu starting at 7 am) and mobility to visit several stores.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be available Monday - Thursday, starting at 7 am; Fridays occasionally as needed.
• Must have access to reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a day.
• Must have access to a smart device and the internet.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 60lbs.

Responsibilities

• Gaining shelf placement by selling new and promotional items.
• New item cut-ins and resets.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with store management and associates.
