The position emphasizes customer service, inventory awareness, and teamwork, with a competitive hourly rate and benefits including 401(k) and health options. No experience required; training provided. Mon-Fri schedule, no nights, weekends, or holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising or store displays is helpful.
• Familiarity with inventory management practices.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and merchandising principles is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Execute product resets according to planograms and company guidelines.
• Collaborate with store management and staff to ensure smooth execution of resets.
• Utilize RF scanners for inventory management and tracking.
• Communicate merchandising needs to team and store personnel.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area during resets.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to management.
