Job summary

CROSSMARK is seeking an energetic merchandising assistant in Foley, MN to support Coborn's and its retailers. You’ll start with online training and work both independently and as part of a team, helping keep planograms up to date and shelves stocked across stores.

The role emphasizes a daytime schedule with paid training, opportunities to grow within field or corporate roles, and the chance to build relationships with store management while traveling between locations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Available Monday–Thursday, starting at 7 am (Fridays occasionally).
• Must have access and be comfortable using a smart device.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• Willing to travel to multiple stores.
• Experience with planograms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reset and stock the store's sections according to the planogram.
• New item cut-in and shelf management.
• Reporting service visits, including uploading photos through a mobile application.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with store management and associates.
