Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking an in-store merchandising assistant to support retailers by building displays, setting end caps, and rotating stock to maximize sales. You will work with store teams to ensure shelves are well stocked and attractive to shoppers.

No prior experience is required as training is provided. Candidates should be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and have reliable transportation to the work site. This role offers competitive hourly wages and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
