Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking an in-store merchandising associate in Los Angeles, CA. You will support retailers by building displays, rotating stock, and tracking inventory to optimize sales opportunities. No prior experience required as training is provided, and there is room for additional hours.

You must be 21+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs, with reliable transportation and strong customer service skills. Competitive wages range from $18.00 to $19.00 per hour.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 21 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
