Job summary

Advantage Solutions seeks an in-store merchandiser to support retailers by building displays, rotating stock, and tracking inventory to drive sales. You will engage customers and store management with a friendly, proactive approach and maintain safety standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role is suitable for individuals 18+, with physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs, and transportation to the work site. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You\'re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
