Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking in-store merchandising support to meet shoppers' needs. You will build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to help stores maximize sales opportunities. No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and have reliable transportation. A safety-first mindset and teamwork are valued in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers and team members.
• You are 18 years or older.
• Able to perform physical work: move, bend, stand and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Motivated self-starter with bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team-building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mindset in a retail environment.
