Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to help shape shopping experiences. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and monitor inventory to maximize store sales. Training and team support are provided, with opportunities for growth.

You should be 18 or older, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and have reliable transportation to the location. Strong customer service skills are a plus.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You are 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
