BMO is seeking a Retail Banking Sales & Service professional in the United States (Florida) to deliver exceptional service and guidance to customers and prospects. You will assess needs, advise on financial solutions, and collaborate with branch teams to grow loyalty and close opportunities across everyday banking, lending, and digital channels.

This role emphasizes risk-aware, compliant customer interactions, proactive outreach, and building lasting community relationships.

Competenze

• Typically between 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Registration to sell investment products completed (as appropriate for the jurisdiction).
• Appropriate lending qualifications and designations.
• Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions.
• Experience in financial services is an asset.
• Confident in the use of social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools and apps.
