BMO in the United States seeks a Retail Banking professional to deliver exceptional service to customers and prospects, identify needs, and advise on financial solutions across everyday banking, lending, and small business products.

You will work within the branch and with partners, promoting digital channels and providing tailored guidance while ensuring compliance and risk controls. Community relationships are key to growing loyalty and opportunities.

Formación

• Typically 2–3 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field desirable.
• Canada only: Registration to sell investment products completed.
• Appropriate lending qualifications and designations.
• Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions.
• Experience in financial services is an asset.
