Deliver exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects by identifying their needs and providing advice on financial solutions that benefit them. Collaborate within the branch and with BMO partners to enhance customer experience and meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Proactively engage with customers and prospects to assess needs, foster loyalty, and identify opportunities.
2. Conduct needs assessments, recommend tailored banking solutions, and promote digital/self-serve options.
3. Support customer transactions and grow the business through outreach and relationship building.
4. Address questions, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
5. Apply risk management frameworks to safeguard assets and maintain portfolio quality.
6. Make credit recommendations for personal and home financing, adhering to credit principles and policies.
7. Participate as a collaborative team member, contributing to the branch's success.
8. Understand customer banking and credit needs, integrating marketing strategies into customer interactions.
9. Maintain accurate and complete work records, and seek innovative ways to enhance customer experience.
10. Contribute to continuous improvement of branch operations and customer service.
11. Follow risk and compliance policies to protect customer assets and privacy.
12. Stay informed about market trends, products, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:

• Typically 2-3 years of relevant experience; post-secondary education preferred or equivalent experience.

• Experience with retail investments and lending products is advantageous.

Salary: $41,715.00 - $63,700.00 (Pay Type: Salaried)
