Arvada West branch

Deliver exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects by identifying their needs and providing advice on financial solutions that are in their best interests. Collaborate within the branch and with BMO partners to ensure a positive customer experience and achieve business goals.

Additional Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively engage with existing customers and prospects, conducting needs assessments to foster loyalty and uncover opportunities.
  2. Guide customers through financial solutions and banking channels, recommending tailored products such as retail investments, lending, home financing, and small business solutions.
  3. Promote digital and self-serve banking options to enhance customer convenience.
  4. Support customer transactions and address inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
  5. Build new relationships within the community through outreach and appointments.
  6. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies during credit assessments and lending processes.
  7. Apply risk management principles to protect assets and maintain portfolio quality.
  8. Make credit recommendations aligned with sound principles and bank policies.
  9. Participate as a collaborative team member within the branch and market.
  10. Understand and address personal banking and credit card needs, integrating marketing strategies into customer interactions.
  11. Maintain accurate and complete work records.
  12. Innovate to personalize customer experiences and contribute to branch improvements.
  13. Contribute to business results and overall branch performance.
  14. Work at multiple branches as needed, with flexible scheduling.
  15. Follow risk, compliance, and privacy policies diligently.
  16. Stay informed about market trends, legal requirements, and product knowledge.
  17. Report suspicious activities related to money laundering.
  18. Complete complex tasks within established rules and handle escalations appropriately.
  19. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  1. Typically 2-3 years of relevant experience; post-secondary education preferred or equivalent experience.
  2. Registration to sell investment products (Canada only).
  3. Appropriate lending qualifications and designations.
  4. Knowledge of personal and small business banking needs and solutions.
  5. Experience with retail investments and lending products.
  6. Proficiency with social media, tablets, smartphones, and online tools.
  7. Experience in customer service or sales with a focus on personalized service.
  8. Strong interpersonal, listening, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
  9. Excellent communication, organization, teamwork, and analytical skills.

Salary: $41,715.00 - $67,000.00

Pay Type: Salaried
