Five Below seeks a Regulatory and Compliance Attorney to build and oversee an enterprise-wide compliance program across product safety, labeling, packaging, labeling, and supplier governance. Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active U.S. state bar membership.
• Experience building and scaling enterprise-wide compliance programs.
• Retail, consumer products, or high-volume value retail familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and scale an enterprise-wide regulatory compliance program with policies and controls.
• Monitor and advise on federal, state, and local regulations (CPSC, FDA, FTC, Prop 65, TSCA etc.).
• Support product compliance spanning chemical safety, labeling, packaging, and recalls.
