Job summary

Lovisa Holdings Limited is seeking a State Regional Manager to lead the operations and commercial performance of Lovisa stores within a designated state or territory. You will drive sales growth, develop District Managers and Store Managers, and ensure exceptional customer experiences aligned with company standards.

You will collaborate with Recruitment, HR, Loss Prevention, and Operations teams to execute business initiatives and support ongoing expansion across the region.

The State Regional Manager is responsible for leading the operational and commercial performance of all Lovisa stores within an assigned state or geographic territory. This role drives sales growth, develops high-performing District Managers and Store Managers, ensures exceptional customer experiences, and maintains compliance with company standards and policies. The State Regional Manager partners closely with Recruitment, Human Resources, Loss Prevention, and Operations teams to execute business initiatives and support continued expansion.

Must have regional manager experience in multi-unit retail & fashion.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Performance

• Deliver and exceed sales, payroll, and profitability targets across the assigned region.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans to drive results.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly business trends.
• Identify opportunities to increase conversion, average transaction value, units per transaction, and customer retention.
• Lead execution of promotional campaigns and company initiatives.

Leadership & Team Development

• Recruit, coach, and develop District Managers and Store Managers.
• Build succession plans for leadership positions throughout the region.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and development conversations.
• Foster a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement.
• Support onboarding and leadership training initiatives.

Recruitment & Talent Management

• Partner with the People & Talent team to attract and retain top talent.
• Ensure management vacancies are proactively filled.
• Review hiring metrics and recruitment pipelines.
• Participate in interviews for key leadership positions.
• Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the hiring process.

Operational Excellence

• Ensure stores consistently meet Lovisa's visual merchandising, operational, and customer service standards.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits.
• Monitor inventory management and stock control practices.
• Ensure execution of new store openings, relocations, and store refresh projects.
• Drive consistency across all locations.
