You will drive sales growth, develop District Managers and Store Managers, and ensure exceptional customer experiences aligned with company standards.

You will collaborate with Recruitment, HR, Loss Prevention, and Operations teams to execute business initiatives and support ongoing expansion across the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and profitability targets across the assigned region.
• Develop District Managers and Store Managers.

• Partner with Recruitment, HR, Loss Prevention, and Operations teams to support expansion.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure operational excellence.
• Oversee store openings, relocations, and store refresh projects.
• Drive merchandising standards and promotional campaigns.
