Job summary

Walmart is hiring a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician to maintain and repair refrigeration and HVAC systems across local stores in Westminster, CO. The role requires EPA refrigeration certifications and relevant HVAC/R experience, with an emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance.

Candidates should have a valid driver’s license, be comfortable with lifting and heights, and be able to work with the store’s service tools and work orders to ensure minimal downtime and excellent

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant handling certification required.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility's Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using tools and equipment.
• Utilize work order system to manage repair requests and document activities.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect, operate, or test facilities and equipment to diagnose issues.
• Complete training to operate equipment safely and comply with regulations.
• Lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights as needed.
