Qualifications

• 3-5 years related retail management, recruiting, hiring experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Works with Director of Recruiting to determine current and future employment needs for training programs, existing stores, as well as new stores.
• Involved in all phases of the recruiting process, including interviewing and hiring as needed.
• Attends career and job fairs, both professional and college level.
• Organizes advertising efforts for new stores and new markets, including but not limited to Chamber of Commerce, Facebook, job boards, newspaper, radio, and other forms of advertising.
