VisionWorks in Hopkinsville, KY is seeking a part-time Front Desk/Insurance Assistant to greet customers, schedule appointments and verify coverage under supervision. You will handle billing, patient intake, and maintain accurate records while delivering friendly service.
The role requires at least one year of optical experience, a HS diploma or GED, and solid computer skills. You will work onsite with a friendly team and participate in promotions and patient care protocols.
Greet and assist customers. Schedule appointments, verify insurance coverage, maintain accurate patient records, and assist with preliminary testing under the Optometrist's supervision.
Pay Class: Part Time
Pay Rate: $9.95 - 13.18 /hr

Compensation range for the roles is listed above. Applicable salary rangers may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job‑related factors permitted by law. As a part of the compensation package, this role may include eligible bonuses, equity, and commissions.
