Job summary

Sports Basement is seeking a Receiving Staffer to help unload deliveries, prep stock for the sales floor, and support multiple store zones. You’ll work with leads to meet daily department goals, keep safety standards, and help ensure accurate inventory during busy periods.

Ideal candidates have retail experience, a proactive approach, and comfort with software tools like SAP, Google Docs, and POS systems. This role may be part-time, seasonal, or full-time, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or industry preferred.
• Self-starter with ability to prioritize workload.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking and time management.

Responsibilities

• Handle loading/unloading of delivery trucks and receiving products.
• Prepare products for the floor and tag, shelve, and cycle count.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and coordinate with leads/managers.
• Communicate effectively with team and buyers; support other zones as needed.
