Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Orchestrates truck delivery and merchandising flow to the sales floor
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and coded
• Keeps backroom organized and maintains cleanliness and recovery standards
• Supports Management on Associate training needs and safety compliance
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs and participates in shrink reduction goals
• Provides progress updates to management and coordinates with team for efficient store operations
