Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring associates are processing efficiently and effectively.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and ensure merchandise moves to the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintain tagging, hang, security, and coding of merchandise and monitor backroom organization.
