Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Receiving Colleague to support store operations, manage inventory, and fulfill Buy Online Pick Up In-Store orders with care. You’ll greet customers, assist with curbside service, and help keep the stockroom organized and efficient.

Responsibilities include stocking, tagging, and assisting guests on the floor while maintaining accuracy in order fulfillment and fostering a positive shopping experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Ability to greet customers warmly and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize merchandise and stock the floor.

• Ensure accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming selling space and restock merchandise.
