Job summary

Macy's is hiring a Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague to support store operations, handle receiving, tagging, stockroom organization, and curbside order fulfillment. You will help ensure Ready on Time for Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders and keep the stockroom and sales floor running smoothly.

You will interact with customers, resolve issues, and work with a team to meet daily goals. The role emphasizes hospitality, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Strong communication with customers and team.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize merchandise and stockroom management.
• Pick, pack, and process orders, including curbside pickups.
• Greet customers and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and back-of-house areas.
• Support inventory accuracy and efficiency.
