Responsibilities include daily cleaning duties, assisting customers, supporting fellow associates, and upholding company standards. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a willingness to learn multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• Ability to learn multiple tasks and basic computer/pOS systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer awareness with fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Be courteous and helpful to other associates.
• Sweep and clean floors on nights with no scheduled vendor services.
• Weekly cleaning of Produce, Market and Deli Departments.
• Keep the store mop room clean and organized.
• Identify more efficient ways to perform tasks and improve labor productivity.
• Follow QA daily checklists and sanitation standards.
