ManpowerGroup, a global leader in workforce solutions, has partnered with a major retail technology employer in Grand Rapids to hire a QA Automation Engineer. You will support Web, Mobile, Cloud and Desktop platforms, driving automated tests and CI/CD integration.

We seek 5+ years of hands-on Agile testing and automation with Robot Framework, Selenium, UFT, Java, API and Python. Strong communication and collaboration across teams are essential to deliver high-quality software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Agile functional testing and test automation.
• Experience in retail or merchandising testing.
• Proficiency with automation tools: Robot Framework, Selenium, UFT, Java, API, Python.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform Agile functional testing and test automation across Web, Mobile, Cloud and Desktop platforms.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts using Robot Framework, Selenium, UFT, Java, API and Python.
• Create and manage detailed bug reports and communicate findings with cross-functional teams.
• Build diverse test scenarios and acceptance tests to ensure software quality.
• Collaborate with deployment teams to resolve issues and support CI/CD processes.
