Job summary

CenterCal Properties in Peoria, AZ seeks an experienced Property Manager to lead on-site operations for a premier retail center. The role drives financial performance, tenant relations, maintenance oversight, and community engagement programs.

You will collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Leasing, Accounting, and Asset Management to maintain asset value through operational excellence and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• College degree in business admin, real estate, or related field preferred.
• Minimum five years in retail, mixed-use, or commercial property management.
• Experience with operating budgets, vendor contracts, tenant relations, and events.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property operations, maintenance, and vendor services to a first-class standard.
• Manage budgets, CAM, tax, and operating expense reconciliations and reporting.
• Foster strong tenant relations, renewals, and open communication with tenants.
• Lead local marketing, events, sponsorships, and community engagement on site.
• Monitor risk, life safety, contracts, and on-site security in coordination with leadership.
