Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on ladders up to 12 feet.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; on-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
• Complete work orders and communicate status to the team.
• Support plumbing, lighting, HVAC, drywall, painting, carpentry needs.
• Set up/tear down marketing events and displays.
• Maintain loading docks, service areas, and common spaces.
