You will oversee safety, maintenance, and marketing initiatives, build tenant relationships, and guide the property team through budgeting and capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and mentor the property team, ensuring clear accountability and performance feedback.
• Foster relationships with tenants, merchants, partners, and local stakeholders to drive traffic and NOI.
