Job summary

ZipApply is seeking a Property Accountant for a retail real estate portfolio in Atlanta/Sandy Springs, GA. The role is in-office, offering a casual, professional, family-oriented culture with growth potential.

Responsibilities include CAM reconciliations, real estate tax and insurance reconciliations, and maintaining property-level accounting and financial records while supporting month-end close and portfolio analysis. 2–3+ years CRE experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of commercial real estate/property accounting experience.
• Experience with retail shopping centers preferred.
• Strong CAM, tax, and insurance reconciliations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform and review CAM reconciliations
• Handle real estate tax and insurance reconciliations
• Maintain property-level accounting and financial records
• Support month-end reporting and account reconciliations
• Work with Yardi data and property management information
• Assist with portfolio-wide financial analysis and reporting
• Serve as a key accounting resource to company leadership
