You will work with the Director of Store Operations and regional leaders to deliver remodels and openings on time and within budget. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of project management experience in retail environments, strong leadership, and knowledge of construction and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management or similar experience in a retail or store remodeling setting.
• 2 years of budget management experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of structural, electrical, and plumbing considerations.
• Familiarity with federal, state, and local codes and permits.
• Willingness to travel overnight on a regular basis.
• Must be 21+ and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee projects from start to finish within scope, time, and budget.
• Lead projects with input from Director of Store Operations and Regional Directors.
• Design and layout project structures and timelines.
• Coordinate hiring for remodel crews and project teams.
• Manage contractor relations and project timelines to meet expectations.
• Oversee store openings and grand openings activities.
