Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant architectural or project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Retail project teams and manage schedules, deliverables, and budgets.
• Act as the technical lead on design detailing and building code compliance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Oversee site surveys, feasibility studies, and preparation of design and permit packages.
• Ensure design aligns with client standards and landlord requirements.
• Contribute to internal resource planning and proposal development.
