Job summary

Hargrove Roofing & Construction is seeking a Retail Project Consultant in Houston, TX to drive sales in a new retail division. This W-2 role offers paid training, uncapped commissions, and real earning potential backed by strong leadership and support.

You will generate leads on the street, inspect roofs with homeowners, present solutions, and close deals on the spot. Training is provided, with a clear path to advancement as the division grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales is preferred.

What You'll Be Doing

• Generating your own leads through field work and door-to-door outreach
• Meeting directly with homeowners for roof inspections and consultations
• Presenting solutions and closing deals on the spot (one-call close)
• Learning and using proven sales scripts and systems
• Managing your pipeline and follow-ups
