Retail Project Consultant – Roofing (W‑2)

We're building a new retail division and looking for driven sales reps who want control over their income and a clear path to grow.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Generating your own leads through field work and door‑to‑door outreach
• Meeting directly with homeowners for roof inspections and consultations
• Presenting solutions and closing deals on the spot (one‑call close)
• Learning and using proven sales scripts and systems
• Managing your pipeline and follow‑ups

The first few weeks are hands‑on and field‑focused: lead generation, learning the process, and getting comfortable in the role. Paid training provided,
