Hargrove Roofing in Houston, TX, seeks ambitious sales professionals to grow with a fast-expanding roofing company. No sales experience required; we provide training, tools, and a pathway to high earnings with weekly pay and a generous commission plan.

You will handle incoming leads, generate new opportunities, and guide customers from inspection through to project completion, coordinating with crews and internal teams to deliver smooth, customer-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads from our office and generate your own through outreach.
• Set and confirm roof inspection appointments.

• Use Xactimate to prepare estimates (training provided).
• Submit proposals for approval and present to customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to issue contracts and schedule jobs.
• Visit job sites and perform final customer walk-throughs.

Your Role Includes:

• Handle incoming leads from our office and generate your own through outreach
• Set and confirm roof inspection appointments
• Conduct roof inspections and document condition reports
• Use Xactimate to prepare estimates (we will train you)
• Submit proposals to direct report for approval, then present to customers
• Follow up on active leads weekly and submit status reports
• Manage job progress in Acculynx from start to finish
• Coordinate with internal teams to issue contracts and schedule jobs
• Visit job sites and attend final customer walk-throughs
• Communicate clearly and consistently with customers throughout the project

• Basic tech/computer skills (CRM experience a plus)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
