Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia is hiring a Retail Associate Production for the West Broad location, Monday through Friday. You will support donation processing, merchandising, and customer service in a fast-paced store environment.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work evenings/weekends as needed. A High School Diploma or GED is preferred, and a criminal background check will be required.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required.
• Must pass criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Inspect donations for quality and determine marketability.
• Sort materials and categorize for store use or disposal.
• Tag and prepare items for retail floor according to standards.
• Maintain the appearance of merchandise and assist customers as needed.
• Work with team to meet daily production standards and schedules.
• Follow safety rules and company policies at all times.
