Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspects donations and raw material for quality to determine marketability.
• Sorts raw material for store use, salvage, or trash.
• Tags donated items according to the rotation system.
• Hangs and places sorted goods on the sales floor per productivity standards.
• Produces required daily item counts per Retail Operations Manual.
• Adheres to uniform dress code standards.
• Maintains enthusiastic and positive attitude.
• Works as a team member in a fast-paced environment and learns new procedures.
• Cross-trains in multiple production and customer service positions.
• Follows Asset Protection control and compliance procedures.
• Communicates effectively with customers, peers and management.
• Keeps to the work schedule.
• Handles physical duties to complete daily responsibilities.
