Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Southern Rivers - Tifton, GA is hiring a part-time Retail Associate - Processor at the 1915 Larkin Rd location. The role includes processing donations, stocking shelves, and rotating merchandise with a color-coded system.

You will be cross-trained to work in all areas of retail operations. The position averages 20–25 hours per week with shifts Mon–Sun and a starting pay of $13.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills.
• Prior experience in retail or customer service environment.
• 1 year of cash handling experience preferred.
• Warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes and sorts donated goods rapidly and accurately.
• Stocks store shelves in a neat and orderly way.
• Rotates merchandise using a color‑coded system.
• Identifies quality donations; donations are priced and transported to sales floor on time.
• Achieves production goals based on donation quality and quantity.
• Cross-trains to learn all areas of the retail operation.
