Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Southern Rivers in Midland, GA seeks a Retail Associate – Processor and Runner to support donation processing, shelf stocking, and merchandise flow. You will be cross-trained to work all areas of the retail operation, ensuring efficient production and strong customer service.

Starting pay is $13.00 per hour, with generous PTO and benefits. The role requires high school diploma or GED, the ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Process and sort donated goods quickly and accurately.
• Stock the store shelves in a neat and orderly manner.
• Rotate merchandise on a color‑coded system.
• Identify quality donations and ensure they are priced, processed, and transported to the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Achieve production goals and outcomes based on quality and quantity of donations.
• Perform other areas of the store as requested by the leadership team.

As a processor, you are responsible for functioning with a high level of attention to detail to maintain the standard of quality for donations. You use decisive measurements to determine next steps for items under review within time constraints for production requirements, and you exhibit customer commitment and personal effectiveness.

Schedule

Full‑time position averages 20‑26 hours per week. Hours will fluctuate based on business needs such as seasonal changes and donation volumes. The Retail Associate – Processor must be available to work any shifts Monday through Sunday.
