Job summary

Cracker Barrel is seeking a results-oriented professional at our Store Support Center to own the signage process, from current-state assessment to future-state design and ongoing monitoring.

You will redesign workflows for simplicity and scale through automation, and partner with Technology, Data, Merchandising, Retail Operations, and Content teams to implement improvements. Strong analytics and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred; two years in retail ops, merchandising, or store execution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the retail signage process from current to future state designs.
• Redesign workflows to be simpler, scalable, and maintainable through automation.
• Maintain accountability for signage execution activities and ensure operational continuity.
• Partner with Technology, Data, Merchandising, Retail Operations, and Content teams for improvements.
• Leverage analytics and AI-enabled tools for data prep, exception detection, validation, and optimization.
• Design measurement frameworks for store layout variations and testing to evaluate impact.
• Create standardized dashboards and recurring reporting to support decision-making.
