Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and respond promptly in the Print Solutions department
• Build relationships and understand customer print needs through open-ended questions
• Use order intake tools to capture project details and suggest solutions
• Assist customers with self-service tasks and utilize copy machines and PC rentals
• Generate leads through consultation questions
• Perform other duties as assigned, such as assisting with shipping

Essential Skills and Experience:
