Responsibilities:

• Greet customers entering the Print Solutions department and respond quickly and attentively
• Ask open-ended questions to build relationships and understand customers' copy print needs
• Use order intake tools to capture project information and offer suitable print solutions
• Assist customers with tasks in the self-service area, utilizing copy machines and PC rentals
• Ask qualifying questions during consultations to generate potential leads
• Perform other duties as assigned, such as assisting with shipping

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Flexible schedule based on store needs
• Ability to work with many customers to provide solutions
• Attention to detail and keen eye for quality issues
• Basic computer skills, including opening, saving, and sending files, and using Microsoft Word or similar programs
• Ability to collaborate in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment
• Conflict management skills
• Integrity regarding customer and business information
• Physical ability to lift and move supplies weighing 10-50 pounds, and stand/walk continuously
