Print Specialist Job Description

Print Specialists provide exceptional customer service and solutions to customers' print needs. You will produce professionally finished products using print and production equipment. You will also be collaborative and inclusive in helping our customers while being part of a fun, team-oriented retail culture. We are hiring immediately and providing training in print.

Play a key role in helping your store and your customers succeed:

• Greet customers entering the Print Solutions department and respond quickly and attentively
• Ask open-ended questions to build relationships and understand customers' copy and print needs
• Use order intake tools to capture project information and offer appropriate print solutions
• Assist customers with tasks in the self-service area, including using copy machines and PC rentals
• Ask qualifying questions during consultations to generate potential leads
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned, such as assisting with shipping

Essential Skills and Experience

• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on store needs
• Ability to work with many customers to provide comprehensive solutions
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality issues
• Basic computer skills, including opening, saving, and sending electronic files, and using Microsoft Word or similar programs
• Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment
• Conflict management skills to resolve issues reasonably and cooperatively
• Integrity and honesty regarding customer and business information
• Physical ability to lift and move supplies weighing 10-50 pounds, and to stand and walk continuously
