Join our team as a Retail Print Sales Specialist at Staples Stores

We are hiring immediately and providing training in print services. After applying, you may have the opportunity to schedule an in-person interview within minutes.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and respond quickly and attentively in the Print Solutions department.
• Build relationships and understand customer print needs through open-ended questions.
• Use order intake tools to capture project details and offer comprehensive print solutions.
• Assist customers with self-service tasks, such as operating copy machines and PC rentals.
• Generate leads through qualifying questions during consultations.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including assisting with shipping and other services.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on store needs.
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word or similar programs.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a high-paced environment and manage conflicts professionally.
• Physical ability to lift and move supplies weighing 10-50 pounds, and stand/walk continuously.
