Play a key role in helping your store and your customers succeed.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers as they enter the Print Solutions department and responding quickly and attentively
• Asking open-ended questions to build relationships and understand customers' copy print needs
• Using order intake tools to capture project information and offer appropriate print solutions
• Assisting customers with tasks in the self-service area, such as using copy machines and PC rentals
• Asking qualifying questions during consultations to generate potential leads
• Performing other duties as assigned, such as assisting with shipping

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on store needs
• Ability to work with many customers to provide solutions
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality issues
• Basic computer skills, including opening, saving, sending electronic files, and using Microsoft Word or similar programs
• Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment
• Managing conflict in a reasonable and cooperative manner
• Acting with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
• Ability to lift and move supplies weighing 10-50 pounds, and stand and walk continuously
